How do I restore my purchases?

Open the game, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This will restore any previous in-app purchases linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account.

My progress was lost. Can I recover it?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstalled the app or cleared app data, progress cannot be recovered. We're working on cloud save for a future update.

How do I remove ads?

You can purchase the Premium upgrade from the in-game Store to remove all ads permanently.

The game is running slowly on my device.

Try closing other apps running in the background. Our games are optimized for devices running Android 8+ and iOS 15+. If issues persist, please contact us with your device model and OS version.

How do I request deletion of my data?

We only collect anonymized analytics data (see our Privacy Policy). Your game data is stored locally on your device — uninstalling the app removes all local data. For analytics data deletion requests, contact us at privacy@solora.studio.
