Solora Studio ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile games. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Analytics Data

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with our games. This includes:

• Game events (levels completed, modes played, achievements unlocked)
• Session duration and frequency
• Device type, OS version, screen size
• Country (derived from IP, which is not stored)

This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information through analytics.

Advertising

Our free games display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

Local Storage

Game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data (GPS)
• Photos, contacts, or other personal files
• Microphone or camera data

Children's Privacy

Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Firebase's default retention policies (14 months for user-level data, aggregated data retained indefinitely). Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we collect only anonymized analytics data, individual data requests are generally not applicable. For any concerns, contact us.
